A build is a one-off. A care plan keeps it running. Smaller teams can start with a template. Custom software is quoted after a free call. Outsourced IT is quoted after a free assessment.
AI Automation
One workflow first. The audit is free and takes about 20 minutes. Prices below are in KES and USD.
Ready-made — monthly
Tick the automations you need. Each one is KES 2,500–6,500 a month (about $19–$50). A bundle discount applies at 3 or more (10%), 5 or more (15%), and 8 or more (22%). Paying for the year takes a further 15% off the monthly total. Setup fees are included in the total on every automation that has one.
Custom build
Pilot is a one-off build of one workflow from $1,350, usually in 2–3 weeks. Multi-workflow is from $4,500 and is quoted after discovery. A retainer from $450 a month covers monitoring, fixes, and improvements after a custom build is live.
